Tan Sri Dato’ Krishnan Tan
With over 40 years experience in the infrastructure, property, construction and plantation sectors across Asia, Middle East and Latin America, Tan Sri Krishnan Tan brings his wealth of experience to the Karrin team. Some of his roles in the past include Chairman of IJM Corporation Berhad, Malaysia’s leading industrial conglomerate, Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Airlines, Ex-Chairman of HSBC Malaysia as well as an advisor in other Private Equity / Infrastructure focused funds.
Dato’ Teng Chee Wai
Attributed with the success of creating one of Malaysia’s largest asset management firms with AUM of >USD 20 bil, Dato’ Teng is the Managing Director of AHAM Asset Management Berhad (formerly known as Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad). Through his >30 years of investment experience having interacted with numerous companies and financial institutions, Dato’ Teng avails us with his valuable inputs in many facets of investments and especially in the areas of capital markets. Other board positions include Director of Bintang Capital Partners, the private equity arm of AHAM Capital.
Shaharul Rezza Hassan
Rezza brings 30 years of experience in corporate restructuring, M&A, business /financial management and fund raising. He is currently Director of Investments for Usaha Tegas Group of companies overseeing the energy, telco, aviation, leisure and entertainment interests. He sits on various boards such as TGV Cinemas (Chairman), MEASAT Global Bhd and Malaysian Jet Services. Prior roles include Executive Director and CFO of Bumi Armada Berhad, a Bursa Malaysia listed energy services provider.
Ginny Yeow

With over 15 years of investment and financial operations experience, Ginny is currently a Director in Kaginic Corporation, where she is actively involved in identifying, evaluating, executing and managing financial investments for the company. Ginny sits on the Investment Committee of Karrin I and assists the team with deal originations and deliberations. Other board she sits on include AwanBiru Technology, a Bursa Malaysia listed software/cloud management company. Ginny is a Bachelor of Arts honours graduate from University of Warwick.
